  • Tottenham are ready to let striker Dimitar Berbatov join AC Milan for a cut-price £25m to stop the Bulgarian going to Manchester United. (The Sun)

  • Blackburn goalkeeper Brad Friedel is in limbo over his £2.5m switch to Aston Villa. The American's transfer hinges on Rovers getting the green light to sign Spurs' Paul Robinson. (The Sun)
