Howard Webb - Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Howard Webb begun his career in the Rotherham district and North East Counties Leagues and gained promotion to the National List in 1996.
He was a new addition to the Premiership List for the 2003/04 season after consistent performances in the Nationwide leagues.
Recently appointed as an FIFA official, Ref Webb, has also taken his next steps up the refereeing ladder with his Champions League debut just before taking control of The Charity Shield match between Chelsea and Arsenal he hopes more international recognition will come soon.
Mr Webb's first game in the Premiership was Fulham's home game against Wolves back in October 2004 and after the game he was rated unfit by 60% of voters. Since that game an improving Mr Webb has reffed Fulham in 8 Premiership games and we have won 3, drawn 2 and lost 3. The man from Rotherham was the ref for our victory over Arsenal and our draw at Stamford Bridge.
In the 8 games there have been 29 yellows, 12 for Fulham players and two reds for opposition players. Helguson has been yellow carded twice in the last three games managed by Mr Webb.
