Nolan convinced Bolton will beat Fulham

last updated Wednesday 16th February 2005, 7:33 AM
Bolton midfielder Kevin Nolan is convinced the team have enough about them to go through the rest of the season unbeaten.

Next up are Fulham at the Reebok Stadium on Saturday with a place in the quarter– finals of the FA Cup at stake.

Bolton are the top flight’s in-form side with seven wins and two draws from nine games in all competitions since the start of the year.

Nolan, 22, has been an inspirational figure after switching to a more advanced role in the side.

He told BBC GMR: “With the players we have there is no reason why we can’t go to the end of the season like this (unbeaten). We have to believe it. “There is quality throughout the squad and we are getting a bit of lady luck. “We have turned things around and haven’t lost in nine games. We are keeping clean sheets, so we are very happy. “It is about keeping the bandwagon going now and it is a big game against Fulham. “But we are pleased to be at home and we can beat anyone on our day.”
