Blackburn Manager Mark Hughes is still hinting that he has not yet given up hope of Andrew Cole returning to Blackburn from Fulham.

Rovers were successful in defensive terms last season but had problems scoring goals and Hughes is working on improving the situation.

He has brought in Shefki Kuqi from Ipswich, completed the £5m transfer of striker Craig Bellamy from Newcastle and would like to finish off by bringing Cole back.
