Disgruntled Chelsea defender Robert Huth has played down rumours linking him with Wigan Athletic but hinted at a move away from Stamford Bridge.

The giant centre-back, who will be hoping to get an opportunity to showcase his talents in the forthcoming World Cup, has been linked with a move to Paul Jewell's side in the English media, but Huth insists that is news to him.

"I have not heard about it (Wigan's interest)," Huth said at Germany's training camp in Geneva.

"All is know is that I am not happy at the time being."
