Fulham will be watching Napoli forward Roberto Stellone after catching the eye of Cottagers boss Jean Tigana.
The 25-year-old striker has scored just four goals for lowly Napoli in Serie B.
The tall hit-man had said in the past that he wanted to stay at Napoli to help them back into Serie A but that now looks unlikely with them struggling near the foot of the table.
Fulham scouts will watch Stellone play his next two matches before deciding to take the matter further.
