Jean Tigana plans a link with French top flight outfit Le Havre in a bid to capture
talented duo Anthony Le Tallec and Florent Sinama Pongolle
The Craven Cottage boss is believed to be interested in setting up a formal agreement
between the clubs to exchange youth players, training methods, ideas and expertise.
Le Havre have developed two of France's best prospects in 17-year-old strikers
Le Tallec and Sinama Pongolle - who have alerted scouts from Manchester United
and Arsenal during the Under-16 team's run to the final of the UEFA championship.
Both players grabbed a brace as France booked their place in today's final with
a 4-0 win over England at St James' Park on Thursday.
Arsenal are rumoured to have already looked at Le Tallec during a recent trial
at the Highbury club.
