Fulham defender Ian Pearce has been ruled out with a foot injury.

The centre-back picked up the knock before scoring the equaliser against Portsmouth at the weekend.

Vincenzo Montella (groin), Franck Queudrue (hamstring) and Claus Jensen (knee) are also unavailable for the Goodison Park clash.

Everton hope to have injured duo Manuel Fernandes and James McFadden back in their squad for the Good Friday evening home game with Fulham.

McFadden completed a full reserve game in midweek, and scored twice, after being out since early January and missing eight senior matches with a broken metatarsal.

Fernandes was ruled out of Monday's 1-1 draw at Aston Villa with a thigh strain picked up while on Portuguese under-21 duty.
