Premiership Blackburn, Fulham's opponents on Saturday, were last night hit with a £10,000 fine for their bad-boy record.
Rovers have also been warned by the FA they will be hit with another £50,000 penalty if they do not clean up their act in the Premiership this season.
Ex-Wales Boss Mark Hughes’ side picked up five red cards, 74 bookings and committed 580 fouls last term.
They began the new campaign with a red when striker Paul Dickov was sent off for a two-footed lunge on West Ham defender Paul Konchesky.
