Although i am very happy with the signings hodson has made im rather bemused that he has let kamara go and look set to replace him with james beattie and now dat we couldnt agree personal terms he doesn't wish to replace him. We have johnson and dempsey both currently out with injury and im sorry to all nevland supporters but he is slow weak always caught offside and in all fairness utterly useless so yet again we are stuck with two strikers and to get out of the slump we are in this just isnt good enough

i'm not that fussed by Kamara going, he had some great moments for us but i dont think he was ever good enough. We've replaced Kam in the squad with okaka so the reason we went for Beattie was to give backup for Zamora, a reasonable move even if i dislike him. Completly agree with Nevland, decent squad player but not good enough to start reguarly in the premiership, have to wonder why we didnt try and but moses. He wanted to stay in london, was only 2.5 million, and is probably at the level of nevland already.
In all honesty i dont think well be talking about a slump in a couple of weeks if we pickup 3 points against pompey, things could get ugly if we dont though. Delighted by our signings overall though
