Fulham's slow start to the season has led to speculation that Roy Hodgson's contract will not be extended when it is up for renewal at the end of the season.
Hodgson confirmed he has not held any formal discussions with the club's hierarchy about a new deal but is confident Fulham are going in the right direction under his stewardship.
What up with that, why would we want to lose him. He has lifted us from relegation battlers to genuine middle of the table team and our slow start has been more about fixture pile-ups and the difficulty of the teams we've played.
I wouldn't let him go on the back of this start, no way

definitly not, the board should definitly draw up a new contract for him and make it clear when discussions will start. All that said Al Fayed might well be looking at what happened with Hodgson at Blackburn, uefa cup qualifiers then relegated the next year, and ensuring that there is no sense of deja vu.
